Our infrastructure team has been working very hard to find the root cause of this issue. Some actions have been taken for the last days, and it seems that our performance is stable. We have deployed a profiling tool that wasn't going to affect more to the performance, as most of them affect considerably to the performance itself. We have seen some actions to be made in the next days to improve the reliability of the products. It helped us to identify some problems on the code.
In the meantime, we are working on adding a new node in our hosting park in our CHI datacenter, which allows us to provide more resources to the existing services.
