Last night, we identified several numbers of timeouts while using our API. We've been working hard to find the root cause. We found that there was a low log level set in Pressero, which was causing a bottleneck in the responses. We have decreased the log level to the appropriate value. We kept monitoring the behavior of each server, and we can see that we didn't have any timeout so far since the last changes were made. We apologize for the situation.
