Our monitoring systems have detected an outage in eDocBuilder 9:30 GMT +8. Our proxy servers have set our eDocBuilder nodes as offline. Our infrastructure team detected these outages and they were fixed in less than 9 minutes. There was also an application error on the server side that took 100% of the provisioned memory. We will work on finding the root cause for this.
