After making a number of environmental changes to the hosting environment, our testing is showing that Pressero is operational, but with some intermittent issues that we will continue to resolve. Our dev and infrastructure teams are continuing to investigate this problem. We hope to apply a patch to Pressero tonight to help resolve some of these lingering concerns.
We will be doing a thorough analysis of this problem over the next few days. We hope to release a detailed explanation for the problem, as well as specific steps we will take to prevent further similar problems, by Monday, October 15.
