Atfer turning off a node that was consuming more CPU than expected, and reviewing the configuration of our internal modules we were able to see an improvement on our response times.
Besides the settings page, in our Pressero Admin area, the application is responding in a reasonable time, and our development team is actively investigating the reason of such slowness.
In addition to this, our infrastructure team will be provisioning new servers as a replacement for the current ones just as a preventative action.
We are keeping this incident open in a watching state while we still work on getting our services back to the expected respose times.
