North America (Chicago) - eDocBuilder - Creator eDocBuilder Performance

Our teams were able to restore access to Creator (creator.edocbuilder.com). The outage was attributed to logging services that were added to a release that caused performance issues and eventually the outage itself. We reverted to a previous update that did not contain the logging services. However, we're still investigating a more permanent fix to the issue. We understand this outage's impact and apologize for the delays and issues it caused.
