Overnight our teams worked to resolve the issue and added more logs to further monitor the situation. We are continuing to watch progress. Integrations should be able to connect properly now including AWI. Email notifications are sending out for orders. Report Writer should be processing reports. We recommend taking a 2nd look at orders that utilize eDocBuilder templates. If they do not have production files, please Generate them manually. We'll continue to update this page until all things have been resolved.

We got reports that the Pressero API on AMS was also experiencing the same issues. The same changes were made as well. Things should be stabilizing.
