Maintenance Event Notification

Our team is planning a critical maintenance event for our PDF2Press servers this coming July 4th, starting at 7 PM CST. The maintenance window is expected to last 8 hours, during which PDF2Press services will be temporarily unavailable. This will temporarily impact orders with products that have PDF2Press workflows enabled. Once the maintenance action is completed, access will be restored and we will update this posting with a completion message. Thank you for understanding.

CHI Maintenance event - Thursday February 20 10pm CST - 12 am CST

For CHI Pressero and PDF2Press Subscribers, our teams will need to deploy an important update outside of our standard maintenance window. The work will begin tonight, Thursday February 20 starting at 10 PM CST and ending approximately around 12 AM CST (Friday), during which CHI services will be temporarily unavailble. This update brings important scalability improvements to our PDF2Press platform by migrating to new infrastructure. Our teams will continue to update this event while the action is in progress until completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you do run into any issues, please open a ticket with our support team.

    Performance issues with Pressero admin and sites North America

    We are investigating issues with poor performance for sites and admin at our North American data center. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve these issues now.

  • The update was completed, and programming has confirmed that the backlogged signals are processing. We will continue to monitor the situation, but the processes are working again now. Thank you!

  • We will go ahead and push the update to resolve these issues at 5:15PM Central US time. You may see about 20 minutes of downtime, but it is important that we put this update to the server as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience to you and your clients, but thank you for your consideration!

  • We have identified the cause of the performance issues with Pressero North America. We have not gotten a lot of reports of trouble, so we are monitoring the situation and preparing to do an update overnight to resolve these issues. We will resolve this issue on the status page tomorrow after this update has been put live. Thank you very much for your attention and consideration!
