Monday, September 8th, at 8:00pm Central US time we will be running updates for our Dedicated Server customers. Admin, sites and API access will be offline for our dedicated server clients during this time. The restart should only take 10-15 minutes. Performance issues with Pressero admin and sites North America

We are investigating issues with poor performance for sites and admin at our North American data center. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve these issues now.

  • The update was completed, and programming has confirmed that the backlogged signals are processing. We will continue to monitor the situation, but the processes are working again now. Thank you!

  • We will go ahead and push the update to resolve these issues at 5:15PM Central US time. You may see about 20 minutes of downtime, but it is important that we put this update to the server as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience to you and your clients, but thank you for your consideration!

  • We have identified the cause of the performance issues with Pressero North America. We have not gotten a lot of reports of trouble, so we are monitoring the situation and preparing to do an update overnight to resolve these issues. We will resolve this issue on the status page tomorrow after this update has been put live. Thank you very much for your attention and consideration!
