Our monitoring systems detected some timeouts in our eDocbuilder affecting only to our Chicago Datacenter. Our infrastructure team checked the issue and it fixed in less than 7 minutes. An error was causing our main load balancer to not be stable. We found the root cause and it was fixed immediately.
