Asia Pacific (Singapore) - Pressero - Admin SG Services are back online

Services for our SG region have been restored. We identified the cause of the outage was an issue with a router at our datacenter. We are working with our datacenter to provide a further analysis of what went wrong. If you are having any issues accessing services, please reach out to our support team and open a ticket.

Asia Pacific (Singapore) - Pressero - Admin SG Services temporarily unavailable

Our engineers are getting alerts of an outage affecting our SG servers. We are currently investigating and working on restoring services as soon as possible. This affects both Pressero and eDocBuilder in our SG regions. We will update once we have more information or have the issue resolved.

Beginning at 10 AM CST on Saturday, March 24, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on services for Pressero North America (Starting at 7:00 PM CST) and European (Starting at 11:00 PM CEST) datacenters. Some services may not be available for 5-6 hours during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain our high standards of security and reliability.
