The issue has been fixed. During an action updating our antivirus policy, some files were being blocked and not able to be accessed.
Issue in eDocBuilder AMS
We have identified an issue in eDocbuilder only affecting to our AMS customers. Our infrastructure team is working on identifying the issue. We will keep you updated.
