The service is already back. We are investigating the root cause of it.

Europe (Amsterdam) - Pressero - Store Pressero isn't loading eDoc templates

Some customers would be experiencing some issues trying to load eDocbuilder templates. Our dev team is working to find the root cause.

Unable to customise products getting error "Unfortunately an error has occurred"

Due to a security hotfix on Windows Updates. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4524420/kb4524420), our application got affected and was not able to handle browser cookies efficiently. ASP.NET is now handling the SameSite entry in a different way and assigning a default value that was not expected by our application. Once the issue got detected and isolated, we were able to adjust our application settings to make it work properly.

We noticed that some users are experiencing an issue after finish their eDocbuilder sessions on Pressero. Our Dev Team is working on finding the root cause.
