Pressero is currently experiencing some order delay issues
We have identified that several customers have bad SMTP information on their settings and, because of that, the speed for processing background operations are being affected. Our support team will be contacting some of the customers with a higher amount of SMTP failures in the next hour so we can keep our regular delivery times for messages. Our engineering team will also be looking into providing a better way for identifying such pattern and preventing this issue in the future.
Notices are being sent to these accounts to correct their information, and we should begin to see an improvement momentarily. A final update will be provided once all systems have resumed normal conditions.
